What should I expect?
We take a blood sample which is then centrifuged to separate the platelet-rich plasma. This plasma is collected and injected into the scalp. Your own plasma offers little risk of rejection or contamination.
The treatment lasts 30 to 45 minutes and it is possible to resume normal activities afterwards.
We recommend four treatments initially followed by one treatment every 4 to 6 months.
