Consultation and follow-up
We offer consultations to adults (aged 16 and over) with mental health conditions who wish to see a healthcare professional. Care and support are part of this service, which is provided by a nurse practitioner specialising in mental health.
The initial consultation includes :
- 60-minute consultation with a specialized mental health nurse practitioner
- Drug prescription renewal (as needed)
- Renewal of medical certificate (if required)
- Update your health status
Follow-up includes:
- 30-minute consultation with a specialized mental health nurse practitioner
- Drug prescription renewal (as needed)
- Renewal of medical certificate (if required)
- Update your health status
ADHD assessment (children and adults)
