For a minor emergency, you now have access to telemedicine. For clinic appointments, the appointment calendar will be available one month before the clinic opens.
Your consultation is considered a minor emergency for symptoms of cold, flu, bronchitis, sinusitis, ear infections, urinary or vaginal infections, conjunctivitis, chickenpox, measles or lice.
Telemedicine allows for an online consultation with a doctor, accessible from anywhere. It offers virtual meetings where the doctor assesses your symptoms, makes a diagnosis and proposes a treatment plan. He or she can give you advice, prescribe medication or order blood samples if necessary.
Our clinic welcomes all ages, but blood tests are reserved for people 14 years and older.
An NP, or Nurse Practitioner, often referred to as a "super nurse," is a nurse with advanced training. Holding a master's degree in nursing and an additional diploma in medical sciences, she is a registered member of the OIIQ. NPs can diagnose illnesses, prescribe tests and medications, and even perform pregnancy follow-ups. They have the skills and expertise needed to provide high-quality care to our clients.
